Qualifications
- Bachelors/ College Degree in Business Studies/ Administration/Management or equivalent
- With working experience at 3 years as sales account manager
- Good in oral presentation and communication to different level of people in the company.
- Knowledge on sales end to end process, documentation and compliance.
- With good attributes such as self-motivated, problem solver, patience, proactive, Creative, Multitask, and team player
- Good in customer negotiation
- Have background in CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Have a background to AIDC is an advantage.
Role
An Sales Account Manager is generally the business representative with whom the client has the most one-on-one interaction. This staff member oversees the daily, routine tasks involved with addressing the customers needs and concerns and maintaining their account activities.
