Role Description
- This is a full-time on-site role as an IT Risk Specialist at Starpay Corporation in Pasig. The IT Risk Specialist is primarily responsible for risk identification, assessment, mitigation and continuous improvement (also know as risk optimization) across all IT infrastructure, information system/assets of the organization. He/she also factors in regulatory, contractual and legal requirements in its risk management processes/activities to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Advanced technical knowledge of IT and information security risk management programs, measurement tools, models, control frameworks, and risk indicators used to make decisions on IT/cybersecurity risks for an organization.
- Capabilities to evaluate a broad range of an IT and information security framework, including, risk management and compliance programs.
- Demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate technical topics in concise terms that non-technicians can readily understand.
- Knowledge of risk management principles
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP,) are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
