We are seeking a talented IT Recruiter with fluency in Mandarin and English to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top IT talent in the SEA job market context. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and benefits.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent in the SEA job market context.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates skills and qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions.
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate and job data in our applicant tracking system.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is required.
- 3-7 years of experience in IT recruiting in the SEA job market context.
- Strong knowledge of recruiting tools and techniques, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven track record of filling technical positions with high-quality candidates.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
