DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES- Perform end-to-end sourcing and recruitment for technical and non technical roles
Manage multiple requisitions across various lines of businesses in Business- Operations/Technology, particularly on Transformation Hiring
Participate in inclusion and diversity recruiting events and activities
- Perform process and organizational improvement within the Talent Acquisition processes
Partner closely with recruiting, business, and HR advisors to understand hiring needs- Manage alignment on the interview process, where the hiring team is properly prepared, and o candidates are properly and comprehensively evaluated as well as sold on the opportunity
Ensure an efficient and cost-effective recruitment processes of employment agencies.
With relevant recruitment experience in either business operations or technology services
- Good client relationship skills; ability to develop strong relationships quickly and maximize resources effectively to achieve goals.
Experience assessing situations and effectively managing client expectations.- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Strong business acumen and ability to grasp new concepts quickly
- Proven success effectively working in a fast paced, high-pressure environment
Ability to work independently- Strong organizational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment
Managing multiple deliverables
- Strong analytic skills with the ability to balance the appropriate candidate pipeline with the hiring need
At least 1-5 years experience- Must have experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Knows how to conduct interviews.
- Can handle volume hiring of about 20-25 headcount (might increase if needed)
Good to have: Client management experience- Must have proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
