Role Description:
As an (IT) Project Officer, you will work full-time with a temporary remote (WFH) setup. You will be responsible for working with the internal team (Business Analysts & Developers) to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, you will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success.
Salary Range: PHP 25,000 PHP 30,000
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 year work experience in project management / business analysis with software development projects, or relevant combination of education and experience
- Experience with ERP systems is an advantage
- Preferably familiar with Agile ALM and SDLC tools (JIRA)
Know How/Skills:
- Strong analytical, technical, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Keen with details and can follow complex procedures
- Good presentation skills
- Fast learner, inquisitive, diligent, focused, and reliable
- Must be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City (temporary wfh set-up)
- Must be willing to work in a small/start-up company
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope and limitation
- Prepare and maintain detailed project plans that details key project milestones and activities
- Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the project team
- Set up and implement strategy for successful completion of new and on-going projects to be delivered on time and within budget and scope
- Assist the team in facilitating and creating comprehensive onboarding process, training sessions, demos and materials
- Responsible for the overall client relationship during the entirety of the implementation and serve as the primary point of contact for escalations
- Coordinate with business analysts and/or developers to assess feasibility of change and establish solution
- Initiate process improvement activities in the company
