The Project Manager is responsible for the delivery and implementation of technology projects.
Duties and Responsibilities
Assists the Team Head in the preparation of the project plans
Monitors project progress and prepares periodic project status reports as required
Identifies risks and issues and mitigation control and escalates risks and issues in a timely manner
Ensures that project documentations are in order
Defines and evaluates the feasibility of systems and detailed systems requirement by collecting and analyzing information
Identifies and recommends the resources required to meet the desired project schedules
Identifies and recommends systems solutions to support the business segment or group goals and objectives
Supervises and monitors personnel assigned to the project
Coordinates with 3rd party suppliers and vendors for the delivery and implementation of systems/ software
Conducts systems technical review on all in-house developed application software to ensure the high quality of work and technical standards are being followed and that necessary systems controls are in place.
Prepares all documentation requirements prior to transfer of application systems to production environment
Adheres to standards, policies and procedures defined in the ITPMH

Ensures safe-keeping and updating of all project management related system documentations, processes and procedures.
Tracks and ensures resolution of identified risks and audit findings
Submits regular reporting requirements on time.

Comply with existing bank guidelines and policies applicable to Information Technology Group
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any IT-related course
At least 3 year-experience in Project Management with exposure in banking applications and in Project Management Life Cycle
Working knowledge in PMBOK
Working knowledge in software development life cycle
