IT Project Manager

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, initiate, and manage IT projects through all phases of the project lifecycle.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report on project status to stakeholders.

• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.

Coordinate and lead project team meetings, ensuring clear communication and alignment.

• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.

Ensure projects adhere to project management best practices and methodologies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve business objectives.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.

• Proven track record of successfully delivering IT projects on time and within budget.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

PMP or other project management certification is a plus.

• Experience in managing cross-functional project teams.
