IT Project Manager

• Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager with a strong background as a Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects in fintech, travel tech, and IoT domains. You will be responsible for leading and coordinating projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Additionally, you will manage and mentor the developer team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.

• Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of multiple projects with specified deliverables.

• Act as a Scrum Master for one or more development teams, facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).

Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource plans, and ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Manage and coordinate the developer team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.

• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop mitigation strategies.

Monitor and report on project progress, using appropriate tools and techniques.

• Ensure high-quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team by encouraging innovation, transparency, and accountability.

• Manage stakeholder communication and expectations effectively.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Project Manager and Scrum Master in fintech, travel tech, and IoT projects.

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

• Experience in managing developer teams and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project) and Agile tools (e.g., Scrum boards, Kanban boards).

Pay: Php100,
