MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Initiates kick-off engagement to discuss the project requirements, details and deployment targets with the department users.
Prepares and routes the minutes of the meeting on project-related discussions.- Prepares project timeline and project prioritization report to be reviewed and approved by the Development Section Head and BASSD Head for presentation to IT Management Steering Committee (ITMSC).
Prepares the project charter report and submits to the immediate head for review.
- Reviews and monitors the project activities and ensures that progress is within the scope, completed on time and within the allocated budget.
Properly monitors and communicates bank's IT project-related issues and concerns, changes, variances and contingencies through Project Dashboard.- Coordinates with Development Section Head on resource allocation for projects and system change requests.
Assists and coordinates with Development Section Head (immediate head) in conducting post implementation review for newly deployed systems or project.
- Ensures completion of documentary standards for the assigned projects and system change requests and organizes project folders to ensure completion of its contents.
Regularly submits the progress reports to the immediate head.- Represents ITG on discussions pertaining to automation projects and enhancements to existing systems of the bank.
Provides support after project deployment to the different business users in terms of the business system process relative to adhoc functionalities and reports.
- Attends technical conferences and seminars to ensure continuing education to support the bank's research.
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree Computer Science/Computer Engineer, Information Technology.
- At least 1 -2 years of work experience as IT Project Lead.

Pay: Php40,- 00 - Php45,000.00 per month
