- The Project Coordinator supports project managers in planning, executing, and completing projects.
Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, resources, and information, and ensuring projects are on time, within scope, and budget.- Key Responsibilities: Project Planning and Coordination: Assist in developing project plans and schedules.
Coordinate activities, resources, and information.
- Ensure project delivery on time, within scope, and budget.
Communication and Reporting: Communicate with team members and stakeholders.- Prepare and distribute status reports and documentation.
Maintain project documentation.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage risks and issues.
Develop and implement mitigation strategies.- Resource Management: Assist in resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and resolve issues.
