IT Programs Delivery Manager

Position Summary:

The Programs Delivery Manager is responsible for addressing business issues and enhancing processes through IT solutions, project management, and collaboration with regional and global teams. This role requires experience in digitalization and automation to optimize business operations.

• Key Responsibilities:

Requirement Collection: Gather and analyze country-specific functional requirements.

• Implementation Monitoring: Oversee the progress of local requirement implementation.

Solution Provision: Develop cost-justifiable solutions via local development, outsourcing, or package acquisition.

Application Management: Reduce the footprint of local applications and ensure optimal performance.Vendor Management: Negotiate contracts and manage vendor performance.

• Process Review: Continuously review and document business processes, ensuring alignment with regional and country directions.

Skill Development: Enhance team skills in proprietary applications and manage user expectations.

• Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in IS and business, with a focus on digitalization and automation, preferably in the logistics industry.

• Education: Degree in Information Services/Business or equivalent.

• Service Level Agreements met or exceeded.

Optimal performance of deployed software and hardware.

• Effective problem handling and user satisfaction.

• Reporting

: Reports to: Director, Business Information Technology (BIT).

Pay: Php110,
