Victor Consunji Development Corporation's IT Programmer maintains and improves its technical systems to ensure all employees have the technology they need to complete their work. The organization's essential files and information remain safe and intact. Ensure the whole company runs smoothly. IT support monitors and maintains the company computer systems, installs, configures hardware and software, sets up, manages, troubleshoots, and solves technical issues as they arise.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for setting up new workstations for new employees. They're also responsible for moving and re-installing entire workstations or specific components from workstations.
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Software/System Development (Programming).
- Responding on time to service issues and requests.
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Testing new technology.
- Provide technical support to company employees and troubleshoot computer problems.
- Implement security measures.
- Monitor security certificates and company compliance with requirements.
- Install and update company software and hardware as needed.
- Anticipate and report the cost of replacing or updating computer items.
- Monitor the company's hardware and software to ensure it meets the requirements.
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems.
- Provide quick and efficient solutions when employees experience technical problems.
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems.
Qualifications:
- Graduate in BS IT, Computer Science, or any equivalent.
- At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in IT.
- Technical and logical thought process.
- Ability to stick to strict deadlines.
- Can communicate clearly and concisely both orally and in writing.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Adaptability skills
