Flexible in operating difference programming languages Develops, tests and documents computer programs.- Evaluate user request for new or modified programs.
Monitors performance of program after implementation.
- Consults with user to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives.
Assists in the preparation of annual budget related to computer software need- Submits plans to user for approval.
Prepares flowcharts and diagrams to illustrate sequence of steps program must follow and to describe logical operations involved.
- Trains users to use programs.
