As a Presales Specialist, you'll play a vital role in our sales team by offering expert technical guidance and solutions to potential clients. Your skills will help us understand client needs, develop solutions, and achieve successful outcomes in the pre-sales phase.
Engage with prospective clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team to propose tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings.- Prepare and deliver technical proposals and documentation.
Assist in developing sales strategies and tactics based on market insights.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year experience in an IT or customer facing role in a technical capacity
Relevant certifications or training in sales or IT are a plus.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences.- Strong customer orientation with the ability to identify and address client needs.
Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.
