- As a Mall IT Associate, you will be responsible in handling the following
responsibilities:
- Administer the compliance of Percentage-Paying Merchants sales monitoring requirements
Administer all Point of Sales (POS) Applications and connections
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of POS reports for submission to Ayala Malls Group Compliance Team and Mall Operations
Support merchants POS related concerns, Supervision/Administration of POS IT Equipments- Prepare budget for IT requirements
Provide helpdesk support for corporate users
- Supervision/Administration of Mall Corporate IT Equipment's and coordination with Ayala Malls Group IT
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent
Knowledgeable in POS and hardware troubleshooting is preferred- With good communication skill and able to multitask.
