IT Portfolio Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Portfolio Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the IT project portfolio to ensure alignment with our strategic goals and maximize return on investment.

• Key Responsibilities:

Portfolio Management: Oversee the entire IT project portfolio, ensuring projects are aligned with organizational objectives and deliver maximum value.

• Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed analyses of project performance, risks, and outcomes. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

Resource Allocation: Optimize the allocation of resources across projects, balancing competing demands and ensuring efficient use of available assets.

Financial Oversight: Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.Risk Management: Identify potential risks within the IT portfolio and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure proactive risk management practices are in place.

• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for portfolio-related inquiries. Facilitate effective communication between project teams, stakeholders, and senior management.

Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and improve portfolio management processes. Implement best practices and leverage industry standards to enhance performance and efficiency.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in IT portfolio management, project management, or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in portfolio management tools and software.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
