About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and experienced IT professional to join our growing IT Plus team as a Level 2-3 Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our customers, troubleshooting a wide range of IT issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot complex IT problems, including those related to servers, firewalls (SonicWall), QuickBooks, and network connectivity
  • Document technical issues and resolutions
  • Escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 support when necessary
  • Maintain a deep understanding of relevant technologies and stay up-to-date on industry best practices
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships and exceeding expectations

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Level 2-3 IT support role
  • Experience with server setup and management (remote preferred)
  • Strong understanding of firewalls, including SonicWall
  • Proven experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues
  • Working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
