About the Role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced IT professional to join our growing IT Plus team as a Level 2-3 Customer Support Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing remote technical support to our customers, troubleshooting a wide range of IT issues, and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Provide remote technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot complex IT problems, including those related to servers, firewalls (SonicWall), QuickBooks, and network connectivity
- Document technical issues and resolutions
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level 3 support when necessary
- Maintain a deep understanding of relevant technologies and stay up-to-date on industry best practices
- Deliver exceptional customer service, fostering positive relationships and exceeding expectations
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a Level 2-3 IT support role
- Experience with server setup and management (remote preferred)
- Strong understanding of firewalls, including SonicWall
- Proven experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service skills
