Provide front-line support for end-users, addressing issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.- Troubleshoot and resolve problems with operating systems, applications, and peripheral devices.
Assist with the procurement, installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and network equipment.
- Manage and support local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN), including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Prepare reports on system performance, incidents, and IT support activities as required by management.- Perform other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science (or equivalent)
Willing to be assigned in project site (Pasay)
- Efficient troubleshooting abilities
Preferably with at least 1 to 2 years related experience and/or training or fresh graduate.- Able to multi-task efficiently and effectively
Able to work accurately, with good attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills
