As a core member of our Product Support team you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Your Role:
This position is responsible for support and maintenance of Citco's EPM application (Hyperion Financial Management). Will interact with and/or support various support and development groups as well as other security team, network team, database team, business management and end-users in the performance of their duties.
Technical Expectations/Professional Practices:
Supporting the ongoing design, development, deployment and maintenance of new financial models and processes in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) on-prem application.
Developing EPM application dimensions and hierarchies.
Maintaining data files and monitoring system configuration to ensure data integrity for EPM applications.
Supporting FDMEE routine jobs, performing EPM life-cycle-management process
Troubleshooting data load rules, calc scripts, business rules, Web-Forms, and reports.
Performing upgrades, proactive tuning, optimization, and monitoring of EPM environments.
Managing the day-to-day operations for end-users, building or modifying applications, helping with business Financial Closing, maintaining data security, and fixing problems with applications..
About You:
3+ years of experience delivering solutions in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)/Hyperion Financial Management (HFM)
Good understanding of Oracle EPM/HFM architecture
Knowledge and hands-on use of FDMEE, EPM Financial Reporting, SmartView and Financial.
Strong experience in the development of Business Rules, python scripts, calc Scripts and Maxl
Python, SQL and Oracle Database required
Financial/Accounting knowledge required
EPM Essbase and/or Planning certification is a plus
Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) in Excel is a plus
Proven experience in independently dealing with business users
Hands-on experience with troubleshooting application and data issues
Analyze release notes and provide direction to the business about changes due to patches
Log Oracle Service Requests and gather details and data for Oracle Service Request
Participate in regular team and business meetings
Extremely detail-oriented, and able to produce accurate, precise work under minimal supervision and tight deadlines
Able to take initiative to research and gather information
Strong time management skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
