This role will maintain existing processes as well as take the initiative to bring out improvements on all aspects of IT (hardware, software, webpage, app development, asset management, etc.)
JobResponsibilities:- Ensure the company's network infrastructure is secure, scalable and well-designed to meet the high demand of the whole organization
- Design, maintain, and improve the company website and support the Marketing team in all the social media platforms
- Enable to implement security protocols to protect company assets and data
- Main proponent of integration and implementation of tools across all department
- Asset and information management including maintenance of all knowledge-based platforms of the company
- Oversee the procurement, installation and after sales for all IT related purchases
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, contractors, service providers and other external parties in relation to security, internet, assets and after-sales
- Installation of hardware and software as required along with regular updates and required configurations from time to time
Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in IT Operations and Support with 3 years in a supervisory or lead role
- Experience with modern technologies and approaches to managing a cloud based corporate environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and is highly independent with strong sense of root cause analysis
- Bachelor's Degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Engineering and any other IT related courses
- Effectively works under the pressure and to agreed deadlines and targets
- Adept with the installation of systems and able to analyze configuration and upgrades
