Job Qualifications: At least 6 months of relevant experience
Experience as a computer technician or similar role
Experience with LAN/WAN networks (desirable)
Extensive knowledge of computer system and IT components
Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles (desirable)
Excellent problem-solving skills
Good Verbal and Written English Communication Skills
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Basic installation and operation of common computer software
Basic computer reinstallation and simple hardware and software troubleshooting and
reporting
On-site equipment management and real-time monitoring
