Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring that all systems, applications, and network infrastructure of all locations (HO, Warehouse and Stores) are functioning optimally.
Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient and secure operations.- Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and applications, ensuring high availability and performance.
Lead and manage IT support teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate and manage IT projects, including system upgrades, installations, and migrations.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Advanced degrees or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations management or a similar role.- Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services.
Hands-on experience with system administration, network administration, and IT support.
- Experience in developing and implementing IT policies and procedures.
Demonstrated experience in project management and leading IT projects.- Experience in managing IT budgets and cost control.
Previous experience in a leadership role within an IT department.
