Key Responsibilities:_
- Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems.
Respond to user inquiries, provide guidance, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.- Assist users with account setup, password resets, and other login issues.
Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.
- Follow established procedures and processes for computer maintenance.
Assist in the maintenance of network connectivity and support remote access.- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.
Document all support activities, issues, and solutions in the ticketing system.
Organize and maintain IT resources.- Liase with 3rd party platform providers.
_Qualifications:
_- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or any related course.
Proven experience in a desktop support role or similar IT support position.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
Knowledge of network and system security.- Strong knowledge in hardware and software installation.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.- Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology.
Able to work on a shifting schedule.
