Your Role:As an
IT Manager, you will:
- Oversee the IT departmentu0027s operations, ensuring the organizationu0027s technological systems are secure and efficient.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding processes and technical support.
- Facilitate and provide credentials and access to software for various users and departments.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and integration of software systems.
- Assess current processes, recommend improvements, and implement necessary changes to enhance efficiency.
- Continuously monitor and update systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Work closely with the web developer to enhance user experience and website functionality.
- Evaluate and compare the performance of our sales representatives against competitors to identify strengths and weaknesses.
- Conduct research on best practices and operational strategies of other sales teams.
- Provide motivation and strategic insights to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Simplify and streamline internal processes for better productivity.
- Address and resolve technical issues, providing timely updates and solutions to the team.
What You Need:- Proficiency in IT and Database Management
- Expertise in relevant programming languages and e-commerce
- Familiarity with user experience design principles and website optimization.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT support, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Proven track record of managing onboarding processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Experience working with web development teams and understanding user experience.
- People Management
- Strong background in computer networking
- Proficiency in using SolarWinds for network monitoring
- Knowledge of systems engineering principles
- Strong understanding of programming languages and e-commerce platforms.
- Proficient in interdepartmental communication and collaboration.
- Experience in assessing, recommending, and implementing technology solutions.
- Familiarity with user experience design principles and website optimization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle technical issues efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
