IT Officer

Job Description

IT Officer / Supervisor is responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer system. We are looking for IT Officer for highly capable for IT Support to provide technical assistance to our staff. In this role, your duties will include ensuring optimal use of our hardware and software technologies, enhancing system performance and securing data.

• Job Description:

Manage information technology and computer systems

Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations

Design, develop, implement and coordinate system, policies and procedures

Ensure security of data, network access and backup system

Monitoring the Biometric system

Monitoring hardware, software, and system performance metrics

Updating computer software. As well as upgrading hardware and systems

Knowledgeable in ERP System and Cloud System

Networking experience, Cloud, Hardware Trouble shooting and maintenance surveillance system

Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in IT Support

Identify problematic areas and implementation strategic solutions in time

Other tasks must provide from IT Head

• Qualification:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent

• At least 3-5 Years of working experience as IT Supervisor / Officer is required for this position

In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, software and networks.

• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Knowledgeable in ERP System, Cloud, Database maintenance and system security

Ability to keep up with technical innovative and trends in IT Support

• Provide technical support and resolve queries

Ability to multitask

• Excellent time management skills

Willing to assign in Chino Roces Ave. Ext., Makati City

Job Type: Full-time

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary

• Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
