Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an IT Officer - HCM at Robinsons Retail Holdings Inc., located in Quezon City. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, and managing network and system administration tasks on a daily basis.
Qualifications
- With 4 years SAP HCM experience
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant fields
- With at least 3 full cycle implementation experience for: SAP HCM, Personnel administration, Time Admin and Management, Payroll
- Handle level 2 support and implement enhancements
- Develop measures that ensures data accuracy, integrity and accessibility
- Create an inventory of the data necessary to build and implement a data architecture
- With Darwinbox background
- Propose system enhancement for better data handling, procedure and user experience
- Conduct system and gap analysis
- Research new opportunities and create methods to acquire data.
- Continually monitor, refine and report data/system performance.
- Assess business requirements and translate these IT needs into a system design specification
- Plan/ assess acceptance testing and data conversion approach and manages the seamless integration of multiple inter-related solutions
- Formulate user acceptance criteria and conduct actual system validation with key process owners
- Handle orientation of high-level users/executives and execute IT training and cascade programs to ensure continuous knowledge transfer
- Facilitate meetings to clarify business processes, manage timelines for assigned function, and resolve concerns
- Handle multiple and changing priorities as assigned and plan/lead small to medium enhancements
