Job Description- Will provide hybrid support: desktop, hardware, connectivity between citrix environment and machine, etc.
Mostly hardware troubleshooting, set up (70%), connectivity/log in issues.
- Handles L2/escalation tickets.
Must have at least 3 years work experience in the same field
- Must have solid experience on tools such as Lynux, Citrix, and Microsoft.
Preferably from BPO industry.- Can work on hybrid set-up; amenable to work in Makati.
Can start ASAP.
