Position: IT Network & Infrastructure Specialist
Company Industry: Information Technology
Work Location: Cebu City and Makati City
Salary: Competitive Php 30,000 - Php 40,000
Work Set-Up: On-site
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in IT-related fields (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
3-5 years of experience in network and infrastructure management
Proficiency in networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, VLANs, SD-WAN, VPN, load balancing, etc.)
Hands-on experience with network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs
Knowledge of network security principles and MS365, Cisco, and Fortinet firewall expertise
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent written and verbal communication
Preferred Certification: CCNA (not required but an advantage)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain and optimize computer networks, ensuring high levels of system availability
Oversee installation and configuration of network equipment and infrastructure
Manage firewalls, virus protection, and data security systems to ensure secure communications
Monitor systems for performance, troubleshooting bottlenecks with developers as needed
Implement backup, redundancy strategies, and network security best practices
Design and support operational systems, collaborating with vendors and clients
