ZigZag is on the lookout for an IT Manager! Think you're the one they're looking for
The IT Manager will be responsible for coordinating and directing all IT-related activities of the organization and will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company's IT needs through our IT professionals and partners. The IT Manager should have a proven professional experience and knowledge of the industry's best practices to best manage server-side functions such as Active Directory, CCTV, Biometrics, bandwidth optimization, etc.
Implement company policies and procedures for the deployment of IT equipment. Repairs and replacements, set up, and planned maintenance.- Implement KPIs and SLAs for all IT employees and partners.
Ensure security of data, network access, and backup systems and create security procedures for ZigZag Media.
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors and equipment suppliers.
Liaise with vendors for all IT-related projects and provide management with proposals and recommendations.- Coordinate with third-party vendors for repairs and agreements.
Coordinate with Clients on all discussions related to IT requirements.
- Manage IT staff by recruiting, training, and coaching employees, communicating job expectations, and appraising their performance
Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures to accommodate rapid growth.- Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions promptly and with the utmost quality
Audit systems regularly and assess outcomes with action plans.
Approx 5 years overall of real IT experience working with a team of minimum 5+ staff.
- Experience in an Offshoring environment dealing with clients
Strong understanding of IT fundamentals computer hardware/software desktop support troubleshooting and installation, Server setup, Network management- Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
Ability to manage personnel- BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field
