Develop and analyze systems that are to be used by the employees and the managers of the company to ensure efficiency of work- Oversee the IT technical support group regarding problems related to hardware and software components ensuring project continuity
Prepares and reviews all documentation pertaining to product and/or service deliveries leading to customer acceptance
- Coordinates with the technical personnel, production staff and other project-based personnel in carrying out the entire completion of production cycle and schedules
Manage the IT & MIS department and assures that the objectives are met in terms of efficiency and quality
Graduate of IT, computer Science or any related 4 year courses- Must have at least five years of experience in a technical production environment
Good project management skills and knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Must have mastery of basic OS applications such as Microsoft and other related operating systems
Must have good knowledge of ERP systems, Oracle in particular
