The IT Manager (Network) is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's network infrastructure. This role involves managing a team of network professionals, ensuring network reliability and performance, and aligning network strategies with business objectives. The IT Manager (Network) will also be responsible for troubleshooting network issues, managing network security, and staying current with emerging technologies.
Network Management:- Design, implement, and manage the organization's network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
Monitor network performance and ensure high availability and reliability.- Optimize network performance through tuning, troubleshooting, and regular updates.
Team Leadership:- Lead and mentor a team of network engineers and administrators.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide professional development opportunities for team members.
Qualifications:
- At least five (5) years experience in network engineering;
- At least 3 years Managerial experience.
- High preference BPO setting.
