We are looking for an IT Manager to be responsible for and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. Supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company's computing needs.
The successful candidate will have improved skills, a proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of industry's best practice processes.
Responsibilities
Manage information technology and computer systems
Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance
Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
Audit systems and assess their outcomes
Preserve assets, information security and control structures
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness
Requirements and skills
Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
Expertise in data centre management and data governance
Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
- Education in computer sciences or telecommunication.
- Must have CCNA Cert, preferably CCNP certified.
-With PCI env experience.
- 5 to 10 years previous directly related experience in large network administration / deployments
- Comprehension of networking concepts including network design principles, data flow determination, routing, switching, ACLs, Route-Maps, VLANs, IP addressing/subnetting, spanning-tree, etc.
- Understanding of advanced networking technologies and solutions including MPLS, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, multicast, policy-based routing, ether-channel, QoS, traffic-shaping, load balancing, WAN Optimization, etc.
- Experience with Cisco ASA, PIX Firewalls having hands on experience on configuring P2P VPNs, GRE Tunnels, IPsec Over to GRE Tunnels
- Must have strong experience in configuring Fortinet FortiGate firewall, integration with Active Directory Services and implementation of policies
- Understanding of advanced data center networking technologies and solutions including Data Center Interconnect, DR integration, etc.
- Expertise in network designing (flow-chats, Data-linked Diagrams etc.) using MS Visio or any other tool
- Solid understanding of network utility services including TFTP, FTP, DNS, DHCP, NTP, SMTP, SYSLOG, etc.
- Must have experience in configuring & managing Servers including DC, DNS, DHCP, RIS, FTP, VPN & File Server
- Must have experience in configuring & Managing SEPM Symantec End Protection Manager
- Excellent presentation and communication skills regarding technical and non-technical concepts
