8-12 Years in managing BPO/IT Industry- Willing to Travel oversee company offices in Ortigas, Antipolo, and Tarlac (In Tarlac: Accommodation will be provided. Transportation will be provided)
CCNA/ ITIL/MCSE certification preferred.- Experience in Data Center,
A
ctive Directory, Win Server, IIS, SQL, and Web services in a high availability environment,
Patch Management, Virtualisation and Server level troubleshooting etc.
Understanding of LAN (Layer 2), WAN (Layer 3) networking protocols and technologies including switching, routing and security
Working knowledge of MPLS, Internet Lease Lines, SIP Trunks, ISDN PRIs- Good experience and knowledge of Telephony protocols, Call Center, interfaces, T1, E1, PRI, SIP Trunk, MPLS and VoIP.
Strong knowledge in IP troubleshooting skills including TCP/IP, NAT, DHCP, DNS WAN/LAN
At least 5 years of leadership and people management skills ( Current role must be a managerial level)
Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing daily issues- Ability to manage and lead a team
Strong written and verbal English communication skills an technology skills.
DUTIES:
Supervising 24x7 Site shift operations and personnel
Responsible for managing outages, SLA, uptime, service availability, root cause analysis.
Leading project planning sessions
Owner of the Incident, Request, Change and Escalation processes, ensuring high levels of performance in these processes, accurate reporting and establishing service improvement activities when required
Support infrastructure activities and assist with problem resolution.
Coordinate with various departments to work together according to business process requirement.
Monitor all IT systems and related instruments to enhance project growth
