Job Description

Job Summary:

The IT Manager will lead and manage the IT operations across the restaurant locations. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in IT management, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for leveraging technology to improve efficiency and enhance the customer experience. This role involves overseeing all aspects of IT, including network and systems administration, hardware and software management, cybersecurity, and technical support.
  • Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of all IT systems, including POS systems, network infrastructure, and security systems across restaurant locations.
  • Ensure the reliability and security of all IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, and communication systems.
Provide technical support to restaurant staff for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Plan and execute IT projects, such as system upgrades, new technology implementations, and software rollouts.
  • Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and implement solutions that support business goals.
Implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Monitor and respond to security incidents, conducting regular security audits and risk assessments.
Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, ensuring quality and cost-effective services.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of IT hardware and software.
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Monitor expenses and provide regular financial reports to senior management.
Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
  • Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in IT management, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
Strong knowledge of POS systems, LS System, ERP System, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and IT project management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with cloud services and remote support tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php80,
  • 00 - Php100,000.00 per month

    Schedule:
  • 8 hour shift
