1) Infrastructure Technical Support
a. Partners with ITM / Lead (OIC) for Infrastructure to lead the execution of infrastructure operation and maintenance for the branch.
b. Act as point-person or subject matter expert for the branch IT Infrastructure and Operations.
c. Responsible for the implementation and operations of all technology infrastructures
d. Operationally responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, and security for all IT infrastructure
2) Desktop and End User Support
a. Provide user support or help desk, workstation management, servers, storage and related software.
b. Operationally responsible for ensuring the availability, integrity, and security for all IT desktop
c. Exercise judgment and creativity in selecting and applying procedures correctly, and determines when to refer problems to the supervisor or next level of support.
d. Install software, and setup hardware
e. Design and produce basic reports
1) Governance and Stewardship
a. Maintain tracking of IT asset
b. Maintain tracking of IT request / replace / repair
c. Maintain tracking of software cycle / update including virus definition
