The IT Infra Project Support/Change and Release Management Specialist is responsible for providing expert support for IT infrastructure projects, managing changes to IT systems, and overseeing the release management process. This role ensures that IT projects are delivered efficiently, changes are implemented smoothly, and releases are executed with minimal disruption to business operations.
Provide expert guidance and support in planning and executing IT infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements and scope.
Monitor project progress and milestones, ensuring timely completion of tasks.- Plans and coordinates software releases, updates, and patches to ensure minimal disruption to bank operations.
Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Develop and maintain process documentation, guidelines, and training materials.- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in change and release management.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies
Graduate of Computer-related, Engineering or Math-related courses
- At least three (3) years of work-related experience in project management support and change management preferably from a banking or financial services industry
Proficiency with project management and change management tools- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage
Willing to work onsite in Makati city
