JOB DESCRIPTIONS:- Provides higher level of desk side technical support.
Virtualization Solution/Server and Widows Server administration and management.- Network / Network Security administration and management.
Backup server administration and management.
- Supervision of 3_rd_ party Desk side service provider.
Coordination to MMC IT in the creation, modification and deletion of users and profiles for different servers located at MMC facilities.- Data center administration, monitoring and management.
Inventory management and administration of existing IT equipment.
- Assists in the development, installation and implementation of different solutions in the IT infrastructure.
Assists in the implementation and installation of security control mechanism on all IT infrastructure hardware and software to safeguard this asset against unscrupulous usage.- Coordinates with infrastructure manager in developing a scheme on how to efficiency distribute voice and data facilities to users.
Recommends to infrastructure manager matters pertaining to the improvement of infrastructure and telecommunication system of the company.
- Performs safety duties and responsibilities and complies with all the safety standards indicated in the Safety Manual.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time the IT Infrastructure Manager.
Computer Engineering or Electronic Communication Engineering.- Experience in leading teams in the areas of Network Administration, Cloud and IT Infrastructure Management.
