IT Infrastructure Manager (Automotive)

Position Overview: As the IT Infrastructure Manager, you'll be instrumental in planning, designing, implementing, and managing our network and server infrastructure. Your leadership will ensure that our infrastructure remains robust, secure, and aligned with our business goals. Experience with AS400 systems is highly desirable.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure:

• Develop and maintain the strategic infrastructure roadmap.

Design and architect network and server infrastructure.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with business objectives.

• Network Management:

• Oversee LAN, WAN, VPN, and firewall systems.

Implement and enforce network security protocols.

• Monitor and troubleshoot network performance.

• Server Management:

• Manage server hardware and software.

Ensure high server availability and performance.

• Implement backup and disaster recovery strategies.

• AS400 Management:

• Manage AS400 systems, including hardware, OS, and applications (if applicable).

Ensure AS400-based business processes reliability and availability.

• Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the IT infrastructure team.

Cultivate a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

• Vendor Management:

• Procure hardware, software, and services from external vendors.

Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs.

• Security and Compliance:

• Enforce security policies and compliance standards.

Stay updated on IT security best practices and emerging technologies.

• Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget efficiently.

• Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred).

8+ years of IT infrastructure design and management experience.

• Proficiency in network architecture, server administration, and virtualization technologies.

Preferred experience with AS400 systems.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance standards.

• Project management and budgeting proficiency.

Relevant certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, MCSA, or equivalent are advantageous.

Pay: Php60,

• 00 - Php80,000.00 per month
