- If you have these qualifications:
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree in Information Technology with a focus on Network Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics and Communications Engineering, Network Security, and like.
Very strong understanding of computer network infrastructure and supporting technologies.
- Proven track record designing networks, configuring network devices and appliances, installing and managing server-side applications.
Extensive hands-on experience configuring network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls, and troubleshooting network errors and exceptions.- Has at least 10-15 years of work experience managing computer systems.
Has at least 5 years of work experience managing a team of PC, server, and IT operations specialists.
- Working knowledge of IT operations and information systems in multiple sites.
Ability to draw network diagrams and write technical documentation- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
Proficiency in Office
- Very good Project Management skills.
Knowledge of ITIL. Certification is a plus.- Any Cloud certification is a plus.
Knowledge of Data Privacy and other IT laws of the Philippines.

- and can take charge of these responsibilities:
- Will collaborate very closely with the Associate IT Director and the System Solutions Manager to deliver effective and bug-free IT systems for Head Office and the Stores, and other 3rd parties like B2B and B2C partners as may be needed.
Continuous improvement of the computer system of the Company.
- Work with the Associate IT Director to institutionalize IT Best Practices.
Set up a daily backup of data and ensure daily run.- Lead data restoration activities as needed.
Conduct periodic data restoration activity to test the integrity of data backup.
- Collaborate ethically with technology partners and IT vendors to ensure delivery of IT projects.
Protect the Company assets proactively.- Commission and decommission IT hardware and other computing resources in a timely manner.
Be at the forefront of managing, controlling, and mitigating IT risks.
- Take the lead in information drive, for example, via email, to advise colleagues about IT threats and how to avoid them.
Conduct R&D on new technologies and assess the feasibility of adoption by the Company.- Fully support the Stores in their infrastructure requirements so that POS data sending mandates are observed.
Partner effectively with stakeholders in setting up and closing Stores.
- Write IT policies and ensure compliance together with other business partners.
Develop his/her team toward heightened IT service management.- Keep abreast with IT laws to be able to guide Top Management on statutory compliance.
