Your Role:
As an IT Infrastructure Analyst/Server Administrator, you will:
Primary Responsibilities
- Fielding P1/S1 tickets that come in and engaging additional teams and vendors as required.
- Continuous maintenance on customer systems.
- Assisting with automated reboots to ensure customers are functional afterwards.
- Perform In depth troubleshooting and investigations on complex or longer term issues.
Secondary Responsibilities
- Enhancing team documentation to improve process and flow.
- Assisting L1 with additional functions within Office 365/Azure.
- Work with dispatched technicians to resolve issues.
- Handle Application deployments and installations.
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
- 3+ years Windows Server Administration and Windows Desktop Administration
- 2+ years Office 365/Azure administration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
- Familiarity with VMWare and HyperV Virtualization Platforms.
- Knowledge of networking concepts, protocols, and technologies (EX: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Experience with Backup systems (EX: Veeam, Datto, Nakivo, etc.)
