Job Description

Swak BPO Corp. is one of the fastest-growing BPO centers in the Clark Freeport Zone. We pride ourselves on doing great work for our customers with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm. Our work environment represents a culture of dedication, stability, and teamwork. As the business expands, we are seeking to hire an IT Helpdesk Technician II to join our growing company.

Job Responsibilities:


Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Provide accurate information on IT products or services
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
Follow-up and update customer status and information
Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
Strong multi-level interpersonal communication skills, and the ability to work cross-departmentally to accomplish critical objectives
Working knowledge of security concepts and applications
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively on both ticket/task-based and project-based activities
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player

Job Qualifications:


Has a minimum of 2 years experience as a helpdesk technician or other customer support role
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control
Good understanding of computer systems, devices and other tech products
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues
Has excellent communication skills
Has customer-oriented skills
Has degree in IT or any related field
