Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Handle the tickets that are escalated by the Tier 1
Resolve the medium complex tickets
  • App Support - Phone, Web, Chat
VMWare ( Basic ) , Windows Servers, Cloud Tech
  • SQL Server - Query Writing ( Medium )
  • Qualifications:
Graduate of IT or related degree
  • Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a BPO industry
Good communication skills
  • Willing to work Onsite in McKinley Hill, Taguig
Willing to work on a shifting schedule

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35,
  • 00 - Php50,000.00 per month
