As an IT helpdesk Engineer, you will be responsible for our entire Philippines [including OT sites] office from a technical standpoint, supporting and maintaining our computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. This includes installing, diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and upgrading all hardware and equipment while ensuring optimal workstation performance.
- Diploma/Degree in IT or Computer Science
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on IT support experience (Windows)
- Technical/Professional Skills:
- Windows 10/11
- Azure
- Office 365 Applications [Exchange, Onedrive, Etc.]
- Collaboration Tools such as Skype for Business and Microsoft Teams
- Ticketing System
- Defender for Endpoint
- Windows Server
- Active Directory

- Must be able to perform basic network troubleshooting
- PC to LAN and Wireless network [Meraki]
