- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems.
Job Summary
- Manage IT systems and technology used
- Troubleshoot and repair issues with computers and other consumer electronics, such as computers, servers, laptops and a like.
- Determine the customer's needs, and installing and repairing equipment and software, trouble shooting and setup.
