IT Engineer

• Job Description

We need technical experts who can design, install, and maintain our top-line IT solutions. You will be responsible for testing, configuring, and troubleshooting our hardware, software, and network solutions to ensure they are deployed smoothly and meet the requirements of our clients.

• Reporting Relationship

Directly reports to Account Executive Team Lead

• Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify customer's requirements and deploy appropriate solutions

Design, test, and install computer hardware configurations, software, and networking systems

• Execute the implementation and deployment operations of our IT solutions

Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot any software and network issues

• Document and report any implementation, configuration, or maintenance issues to the manager

Have in-depth technical knowledge about the products we offer

• Remain updated on the latest technology solutions provided by vendors

• Qualifications

• College graduate in Computer Science or IT Engineering

2-3 years of experience in similar technical role/s is a plus, but not necessary

• Knowledge of computer hardware / operating systems / enterprise software / network security

Experience and knowledge in any of the following topics is a must:

• Server infrastructure and hardware

Hyper-converged infrastructure

• Systems administration

Cybersecurity

• Virtualization

Familiarity with the following topics is a plus:

• Cloud computing

Containerization

• Web development

Software development

• Application deployment

Data analytics

• Excellent analytical skills with a strong attention to detail

Good communication skills with troubleshooting / problem-solving experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
