Job Description

Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in IT documentation or a related field.
Experience with document management systems and tools. Strong understanding of IT systems and processes.
  • Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
  • Additional Skills (Preferred):
Experience in the aviation or transportation industry.
  • Knowledge of ISO 27001 or other information security standards.
Familiarity with technical writing tools and standards.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Document Management:
Develop and maintain a centralized repository for all IT documentation, including policies, procedures, standards, and technical specifications.
  • Ensure that all documentation is properly version controlled and archived.
Create and maintain indexes and catalogs for easy access to documentation.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure documentation is updated regularly.
  • Quality Control:

  • Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.

  • Identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in documentation.

  • Ensure that documentation adheres to company standards and industry best practices.
  • Communication and Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with IT teams to gather information and develop new documentation.

  • Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that documentation meets their needs.

  • Provide training and support to IT staff on documentation processes and tools.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
