Strong understanding of IT systems and processes.

- Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a centralized repository for all IT documentation, including policies, procedures, standards, and technical specifications.- Ensure that all documentation is properly version controlled and archived.
Create and maintain indexes and catalogs for easy access to documentation.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure documentation is updated regularly.
Review documentation for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Identify and correct any errors or inconsistencies in documentation.
Ensure that documentation adheres to company standards and industry best practices.
- Communication and Collaboration:
Collaborate with IT teams to gather information and develop new documentation.- Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that documentation meets their needs.
Provide training and support to IT staff on documentation processes and tools.
