Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and telecommunications systems, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability.
Software Development: Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to develop and customize software applications tailored to the company's needs, including point-of-sale systems, inventory management, and online ordering platforms.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP) is preferred but not required.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT management roles, with a proven track record of leadership and successful implementation of technology solutions. Experience in the retail or food industry is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, network administration, cybersecurity, and software development methodologies. Experience with point-of-sale systems, ERP systems, and e-commerce platforms is desirable.
