IT Control and Risk Analyst

The IT Control and Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating IT-related risks within the organization. This role involves developing and implementing control frameworks, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a thorough understanding of IT systems and risk management practices, and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

• Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive IT risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities.

• Develop, implement, and monitor IT control frameworks and risk mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., ISO, NIST, GDPR).

• Collaborate with IT and business units to develop risk management strategies and enhance control environments.

Perform regular audits and assessments of IT systems, processes, and controls.

• Report on risk findings and present actionable recommendations to senior management.

Stay current with emerging IT risks and trends to proactively address potential threats.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in IT risk management, control frameworks, or a similar role.

Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISA, CRISC) are a plus.
