Job Description:
RemoteVA PH is seeking a skilled IT Computer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting. This role requires proficiency with CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications, with additional consideration given to candidates with Server+ and Security+ certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure optimal system performance
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users
- Manage and document IT assets and inventory
- Implement and maintain security protocols to protect IT infrastructure
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of servers and other network equipment
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
Requirements:
- CompTIA A+ certification
- CompTIA Network+ certification
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and network configurations
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- CompTIA Server+ certification
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Experience with server administration and security practices
- Familiarity with remote support tools and techniques
Working Schedule
- Work full-time from 9 AM - 5 PM EST
- Work from home
- Salary USD 700Monthly
